What is a Product Page on Seedly?
A Product Page is where Seedly users can discover, learn more about your product and share a review of your products/services.

What is shown on my Product Page?
Your Product Page automatically displays all reviews and questions about your business, as well as some of the details below. If Claimed, you can personalise information on your Product Page.
Claimed/Unclaimed: We show if your business is using SeedlyBusiness to manage your product by displaying a Claimed status. If you are not managing your product, it will be shown as Unclaimed.
Apply Now and Visit Site Buttons: These buttons include links that redirect Seedly users to your preferred destination URL. This can be your landing page or an application page directing users to purchase your products/services. You can update these links on your SeedlyBusiness Account. You may read more about updating your destination URLs.
Average Reviews Rating: We display the average reviews rating awarded to your product by users. It ranges from 1.0 to 5.0 stars.
User Ratings: We display up to 5 category-specific ratings awarded to your product by users. These ratings will only be displayed if they have been rated ≥10 times individually. Each rating ranges from 1.0 to 5.0 stars.
Popular Products: We display the top 4 ranked products in the category based on the Most Popular Ranking*. The Popular Products Table can be removed for PRO and Enterprise SeedlyBusiness Accounts.
*Most Popular Ranking is dependent on the product’s review ratings, recency of reviews, and total volume of reviews.
Reviews: We show reviews that customers have written about your product. You can sort them by recency, helpfulness or review rating. You may also filter reviews by word prompts or search for review content in the search bar.
Questions: Questions are queries generated from the Seedly community. Question-askers can attach a product tag to a question. If a question is tagged to your product, it will be displayed on your Product Page. We show up to 10 questions that prospects have asked about your product through the Seedly community platform on your Product Page. You can sort them by recent activity, unanswered or trending.
Answers: 1 Featured Answer will be displayed for each question. This is always the most upvoted answer. If answers have equal upvotes, then the most recent one is shown.
For PRO and Enterprise Business Account users, any question that you have responded to with your Verified Business Profile will overwrite this logic and be displayed on your Product Page. You may read more about featuring your answers.
Promotional Text: This refers to the best value and Seedly-branded promotions (e.g. promo codes, referral links, affiliate links, coupons) offered especially to Seedly users. Some examples include new sign-up bonus, bill rebates, and feature add-ons. This is part of the Performance-based Benefits for products/services with a Claimed Product Page, ≥100 reviews, a 3.6 rating and 10 new reviews growth monthly. If your avg. reviews rating falls below 3.6 or you fail to obtain 10 new reviews in a month, the Exclusive Promotional texts will not appear on Seedly's website until the requirements are met again. What are SeedlyReviews?
SeedlyReviews are feedback written by Seedly users about your product. This appears on your Product Page. When writing a review, the user will provide the following:
Overall Rating: This is the overall rating that users award your product. It ranges from 1.0 to 5.0 stars.
Product: If your product has multiple plans, users can select the right plan they purchased.
User Rating: This refers to category-specific ratings awarded to your product by users. For example, “Network” is one of the category-specific ratings for products in the Mobile Plans category. Each rating ranges from 1.0 to 5.0 stars. Reviewers may choose not to assign a User Rating when they deem it irrelevant.
Review: This is the specific content that Seedly users must write to elaborate on the ratings that they awarded to your product. The review must be at least 100 characters long.
What are the ways for users to discover my Product Page on Seedly?
Seedly users can discover your Product Page by either searching for your product from the navigation bar or being exposed to Product Widgets on selected questions and Seedly blog content. Product Widgets display your Product, the average reviews rating, the total volume of reviews and redirect users to your Product Page.
Product Widgets are available on 2 types of content -- questions and Seedly blog posts. On a question, Product Widgets of the tagged products or products within the tagged category will be displayed. On Seedly blog posts, Product Widgets of the mentioned products will appear within the article.
