User-Generated Content (UGC) Moderation

We moderate all discussions, reviews and comments on Seedly to maintain the quality of the UGC and remain as an unbiased platform for users.

We ensure that all reviews are recent, non-commercial (no promotional texts and external links), relevant, unbiased, experience-based and polite. You may read more about the Guidelines for Reviewers.

We ensure that all discussions are contextual, specific, relevant and distinct. Comments should also be comprehensive, specific, relevant and helpful. You may read more about the Guidelines for Discussions and Comments.

You are allowed to report UGC that violates our Guidelines with our Flagging System. Please be reminded that we do not tolerate misuse of the system. You may read more about our Flagging System.

To flag an errant UGC, select the 3 dots on the selected discussion, review or comment and click on Report.

Platform-Generated Content (PGC) Curation

We curate the Overview and More Details section of your Product Page on Seedly to maintain standardisation of the PGC and ensure that all information is relevant, up-to-date and SEO-optimised.

We ensure that all PGC are displayed in a standardised format, are free of external links, and use respectable language.
