How do I update the Platform-Generated Content?
To update the Platform-Generated Content (i.e. Overview or More Details section), please contact your account manager or email support@seedly.sg and provide information about the updates to be made.
What is a Pinned Review?

A Pinned Review is your favourite review that always appears at the top of the section, even if Seedly users sort your product reviews by recency, helpfulness or review rating. You may read more about Pinning your Favourite Review.
What is a Pinned Discussion?

A Pinned Discussion is your favourite discussion that always appears at the top of the section, even if Seedly users sort your discussions by recent activity, new or trending. You may read more about Pinning your Favourite Discussion.
How do I report Reviews?
If you spot a review that violates the Guidelines for Reviewers, please flag it by selecting the 3 dots on the selected review and clicking on Report. You may read more about our Flagging System.
Alternatively, you may write to support@seedly.sg to file a report.
We do not tolerate any misuse of our Flagging System.
