How do I respond to reviews with my Verified Business Profile?
All users in your Business Account are able to reply to reviews on Seedly as a Verified Business Profile. Reviews responded with a Verified Business Profile are accompanied by a verified blue tick.
From your SeedlyBusiness Dashboard:
- Ensure that you are a SeedlyBusiness Account user
- Go to https://business.seedly.com and log in using your Seedly User Profile
- Select Reviews Manager, then All Reviews
- Click on the review you’d like to respond to
- Write your comment to the review
- Click Post to publish your response as a Verified Business Profile
For users who manage multiple Product Pages, your response will be published as the Verified Business Profile that is tagged to the respective Product Page. You are unable to respond to reviews with a separate Verified Business Profile associated with another Product Page.
How do I Pin my Favourite Review?

You can Pin any Review from the SeedlyBusiness Dashboard. On your Product Page, the Pinned Review always appears at the top of the section, even if Seedly users sort your product reviews by recency, helpfulness or review rating.
- Ensure that you are a SeedlyBusiness Account user
- Go to https://business.seedly.com and log in using your Seedly User Profile
- Select Reviews Manager, then All Reviews
- Hover over the selected review
- Click on the pin icon
- Click Yes to pin the review
How do I account for engagement by Admins?

Affiliate** and PRO Accounts are entitled to 3 and unlimited Admin User access respectively. The “Replied By” field serves as a “Service Accountability” to allow visibility on the engagement done by any Admin User.
**Affiliate and BASIC SeedlyBusiness Account Plan Types will be phased out effective 1 September 2021.
