How do I respond to questions with my Verified Business Profile?

All users in your Business Account are able to reply to questions on Seedly as a Verified Business Profile. Questions responded with a Verified Business Profile are accompanied by a verified blue tick.

On your Seedly Product Page:

1. Ensure that you are a SeedlyBusiness Account user
2. Go to www.seedly.sg and log in using your Seedly User Profile
3. Write an answer to a question
4. Click on the arrow beside your user profile to toggle to your Verified Business Profile
5. Post as your Verified Business Profile

From your SeedlyBusiness Dashboard:

1. Ensure that you are a SeedlyBusiness Account user
2. Go to https://business.seedly.com and log in using your Seedly User Profile
3. Select Questions Manager
4. Search for the question you’d like to respond by typing in the keyword or filtering by the dates
5. Click on the question you’d like to respond to
6. Click Answer Now to launch the question page
7. Write an answer to the question
8. Click on the arrow beside your user profile to toggle to your Verified Business Profile
9. Post as your Verified Business Profile

For Enterprise Account users, you may choose from a range of Verified Business Profiles that you are associated with. The Verified Business Profiles are arranged in order from PRO, BASIC to LITE Accounts, in alphabetical order.

How do I Pin my Favourite Question?

*Unavailable for LITE SeedlyBusiness Accounts

You can Pin any Question from the SeedlyBusiness Dashboard. On your Product Page, the Pinned Question always appears at the top of the section, even if Seedly users sort your questions by recent activity, unanswered and trending.

1. Ensure that you are a SeedlyBusiness Account user
2. Go to https://business.seedly.com and log in using your Seedly User Profile
3. Select Questions Manager
4. Hover over the selected question
5. Click on the pin icon
6. Click Yes to pin the question

How can I feature my answers?

*Only available for PRO SeedlyBusiness Accounts

Any question tagged to your Product Page that you have responded to with your Verified Business Profile will be featured.

Otherwise, by default, the featured answer on your Product Page is always the most upvoted answer. If answers have equal upvotes, then the most recent one is shown. Answering questions with your Verified Business Profile overwrites this logic.
