How do I reply to discussions with my Verified Business Profile?

All users in your Business Account are able to reply to discussions on Seedly as a Verified Business Profile. Discussions replied with a Verified Business Profile are accompanied by a verified blue tick.

On your Seedly Product Page:

Ensure that you are a SeedlyBusiness Account user
Go to www.seedly.sg and log in using your Seedly User Profile
Write a comment to a discussion
Click on the arrow beside your user profile to toggle to your Verified Business Profile
Post as your Verified Business Profile

From your SeedlyBusiness Dashboard:

Ensure that you are a SeedlyBusiness Account user
Go to https://business.seedly.com and log in using your Seedly User Profile
Select Discussion Manager
Search for the discussion you’d like to reply to by typing in the keyword or filtering by the dates
Click on the discussion you’d like to reply to
Click Reply Now to launch the discussion page
Write a comment to the discussion
Click on the arrow beside your user profile to toggle to your Verified Business Profile
Post as your Verified Business Profile

For users who manage multiple Product Pages, you may choose from a range of Verified Business Profiles that you are associated with. The Verified Business Profiles are arranged in order from PRO, BASIC to LITE Accounts, in alphabetical order.

How do I Pin my Favourite Discussion?

*Unavailable for LITE SeedlyBusiness Accounts

You can Pin any Discussion from the SeedlyBusiness Dashboard. On your Product Page, the Pinned Discussion always appears at the top of the section, even if Seedly users sort your Discussions by recent activity, new or trending.

Ensure that you are a SeedlyBusiness Account user
Go to https://business.seedly.com and log in using your Seedly User Profile
Select Discussion Manager
Hover over the selected discussion
Click on the pin icon
Click Yes to pin the discussion

How do I account for engagement by Admins?

*Unavailable for LITE SeedlyBusiness Accounts

Affiliate** and PRO Accounts are entitled to 3 and unlimited Admin User access respectively. The “Replied By” field serves as a “Service Accountability” to allow visibility on the engagement done by any Admin User.

**Affiliate Account Plan Type will be phased out effective 1 September 2021.

How can I feature my comments?

*Only available for PRO SeedlyBusiness Accounts

Any discussions tagged to your Product Page that you have replied to with your Verified Business Profile will be featured.

Otherwise, by default, the featured comment on your Product Page is always the most upvoted comment. If comments have equal upvotes, then the most recent one is shown. Commenting on discussions with your Verified Business Profile overwrites this logic.
