How do I edit my Verified Business Profile?
You can edit your Verified Business Profile from your SeedlyBusiness Dashboard.
- Ensure that you are a SeedlyBusiness Account user
- Go to https://business.seedly.com and log in using your Seedly User Profile
- Click onto the name of your Business Account on the left panel of your SeedlyBusiness Dashboard
- Click Edit Profile
- Click Edit
- Enter your new Profile Name or click on the Profile Photo to edit it
- Click Update to save your changes
How do I add users to my SeedlyBusiness Account?
*Only available to Business Account Admins
You can add, edit and remove users from your SeedlyBusiness Dashboard. All users must sign up for a Seedly User Profile on www.seedly.sg before they can be added.
Please note that LITE, Affiliate/BASIC** and PRO SeedlyBusiness Accounts are entitled to 1, 3 and unlimited users respectively.
**Affiliate and BASIC SeedlyBusiness Account Plan Types will be phased out effective 1 September 2021.
Add new users to your Business Account:
- Ensure that you are a SeedlyBusiness Account Admin
- Go to https://business.seedly.com and log in using your Seedly User Profile
- Click onto the name of your Business Account on the left panel of your SeedlyBusiness Dashboard
- Click Team
- Click Add User
- Enter the new user’s email address that is tagged to their Seedly User Profile
- Select the User Access
- Click Add to save your changes
Edit users on your Business Account:
- Ensure that you are a SeedlyBusiness Account Admin
- Go to https://business.seedly.com and log in using your Seedly User Profile
- Click onto the name of your Business Account on the left panel of your SeedlyBusiness Dashboard
- Click Team
- Click the pencil icon next to your selected team member
- Select the new User Access
- Click Update to save your changes
Remove users from your Business Account:
- Ensure that you are a SeedlyBusiness Account Admin
- Go to https://business.seedly.com and log in using your Seedly User Profile
- Click onto the name of your Business Account on the left panel of your SeedlyBusiness Dashboard
- Click Team
- Click the delete icon next to your selected team member
- Click Remove to save your changes
If you have maximised the number of users available for your Business Account and would like to add new users to your team, please contact your account manager or email support@seedly.sg to upgrade your account.
How do I find my SeedlyBusiness Account plan and billing history?
You can access all plan and billing history from your SeedlyBusiness Dashboard.
- Ensure that you are a SeedlyBusiness Account user
- Go to https://business.seedly.com and log in using your Seedly User Profile
- Click onto the name of your Business Account on the left panel of your SeedlyBusiness Dashboard
- Click Plan and Billing
- Your Account Information and Subscription History should be reflected
