How do I log in to my SeedlyBusiness Account?
To log in to your Business Account, ensure that you are a SeedlyBusiness Account user.
- Go to https://business.seedly.com
- Log in using your Seedly User Profile
How do I access my multiple Product Pages’ Dashboards?
*Only available for Enterprise SeedlyBusiness Accounts
You may access your multiple Product Pages’ Dashboards from a common login.
- Ensure that you are a SeedlyBusiness Account user of the respective Product Pages
- Go to https://business.seedly.com and log in using your Seedly User Profile
- Click onto the dropdown box on the sticky header at the top of your SeedlyBusiness Dashboard to toggle to your selected Product Page Dashboard
- Click the Product Page you would like to access
Please ensure that the Product Pages you would like to access have been activated. Only activated Product Pages will be displayed in the dropdown box.
What is a Verified Business Profile?
A Verified Business Profile is a specific profile for you to interact with your prospects and customers on Seedly as a business. Comments or answers posted by a Verified Business Profile are accompanied by a Verified Blue Tick. All users in your Business Account can interact on Seedly as a Verified Business Profile. With a Verified Business Profile, you will be able to respond to reviews, answer questions and leave comments. However, you are unable to ask a question or write a review with your Verified Business Profile.
If you have previously created a company Seedly User Profile, do not assign your Verified Business Profile in the Business Account with the same name and profile photo.
You can account for the user that has commented on reviews* or questions** with a Verified Business Profile from your SeedlyBusiness Dashboard.

What is shown on my SeedlyBusiness Dashboard?
When logged in, you are automatically directed to your SeedlyBusiness Dashboard.
The left panel displays your Verified Business Profile, Dashboard, Reviews Manager, Questions Manager, Banners Manager and Product Manager tabs.
Your SeedlyBusiness Dashboard displays Notifications, your product rating, the total volume of reviews, users rating (if any), monthly visitors, the total number of questions, number of monthly reviews and number monthly questions asked about your Product Page.
Verified Business Profile: This is where you can edit your Verified Business Profile and access your User Information, Account Information, Subscription History and SeedlyBusiness Helpdesk. You may read more about your SeedlyBusiness Account Admin Settings.
Reviews Manager: We display anything related to your reviews here. This includes All Reviews, Automated Reviews Collector, and Reviews Badge.
All Reviews: We display all reviews that customers have written about your product on your Seedly Product Page. You may filter the reviews by ratings, date and responses, or search for review content in the search bar.
Automated Reviews Collector: This is where you set up, update and monitor your Reviews Invitation Emails. You may read more about the Automated Reviews Collector Tool.
Reviews Badge: This is where you can check your eligibility for the Performance-based Benefits and retrieve your SeedlyReviews Badges. You may read more about retrieving and displaying your SeedlyReviews Badges.
Questions Manager*: We display all questions that customers have written about your product on your Seedly Product Page. You may filter the questions by date and responses, or search for question content in the search bar. You can account for the admin user that has answered each question with a Verified Business Profile.

Banners Manager**: This is where you add or update your banner and its destination URL. You may read more about adding a banner to your Product Page(s).
**Only available for PRO SeedlyBusiness Accounts
Product Manager: We display your product and plan(s) with its corresponding destination URL and Promo Code. Your product may be attached to multiple plans. You may read more about updating your destination URL and displaying Exclusive Promotional Texts.
What notifications would I receive on my SeedlyBusiness Dashboard?
You will receive notifications for:
- New reviews on your product
- New questions on your product
- Comments or votes on the answers, questions, comments and reviews you’ve interacted with using your Verified Business Profile
Notifications for new reviews on your product with ≤2 stars will be filtered to Urgent.
Requests that require Seedly’s assistance
The following requests must be made by contacting your account manager or emailing support@seedly.sg:
- Updating Platform-Generated Content (i.e. Overview and More Details segments)
- Adding or Removing of Plans
- Editing Plan Information
- Adding, Removing or Editing your admin users
- Upgrading or downgrading your SeedlyBusiness Account (LITE, Affiliate, PRO)
- Embedding a Branded Video* to your Product Page
*Only available for PRO and Enterprise SeedlyBusinessAccounts
